HydraFacial™ is a non-invasive, patented technology used to cleanse, extract, and hydrate your skin. It combines the benefits of a gentle exfoliating facial, deep pore cleansing, and moisturizing serum infusion in a single session. The HydraFacial system uses a special device with a vortex-like suction to gently remove dead skin cells, extract impurities from clogged pores, and infuse the skin with nourishing serums that are tailored to your specific skin needs.

What should I expect during my first visit/consultation?
During your first visit at Glow Up Med Spa, you’ll meet with one of our license providers for a personalized consultation will review your aesthetic, goals, medical history, and any concerns you may have your provider will examine your skin or treatment area. Recommend the best treatment options for your needs and create a customized plan just for you. You’ll also receive transparent pricing and have time to ask questions before moving forward with any treatment.
Can I combine different treatments in one visit?
Absolutely many of our treatments are designed to complement each other and can safely be performed during the same appointment. Your provider will recommend the best combination based on your skin type, goals and overall treatment plan. Some treatments may need to be spaced out for safety or best results and we’ll guide you through that during your consultation.
Are there any conditions (like pregnancy or breastfeeding) that would prevent me from having certain treatments?
Yes, certain medical conditions may limit which service can be performed. If you are pregnant, breast-feeding or have specific health concerns some treatments like injectable, certain lasers, or medical grade skin care may not be suitable. Your provider will review your health history during your consultation to ensure every service alliance with your safety and well-being.
Is there a minimum age requirement for receiving treatments?
Yes, most treatments require patients to be 18 years or older however selected services such as acne facials and laser hair removal may be available for minors with parental consent age requirements, which vary depending on services and medical guidelines. We’re happy to discuss eligibility during your consultation.
