First 24–48 hours:

  • Expect swelling, tenderness, and possible bruising — this is normal.
  • Apply ice packs in 10-minute intervals.
  • Avoid touching, massaging, or applying pressure unless instructed.
  • Stay upright; avoid sleeping face-down.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas/hot tubs, and excessive heat.

Ongoing care:

  • Avoid dental work for 2 weeks.
  • Small lumps are common; do not massage unless directed.
  • Final results settle within about 2 weeks.


Botox / Neurotoxins (Forehead, Crow’s Feet, Frown Lines, Lip Flip, Masseter)

First 4–6 hours:

  • Stay upright.
  • Avoid touching or rubbing the area.
  • You can make gentle facial expressions to help the product bind.

First 24 hours:

  • Avoid exercise, heat exposure, facials, or massages.
  • Don’t sleep face-down.

Results:

  • Improvement starts in 3–7 days, with full results at about 2 weeks.
  • Avoid other facial treatments for 2 weeks.

Immediately after:

  • Mild swelling or tenderness is normal.
  • Massage treated areas using the “5-5-5 rule”: 5 times a day, 5 minutes each time, for 5 days.

Avoid for 24–48 hours:

Results:

  • Results build gradually over 6–12 weeks.

First 24 hours:
