What Should I Avoid After a Session?
No Heat for 24-48 Hours: Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs.
No Exercise for 24 Hours: Sweat can irritate the open follicles and lead to rashes or breakouts.
No Sun Exposure: Your skin is extra sensitive to UV rays post-laser. Use SPF 30+ religiously on treated areas.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Because hair grows in cycles (and the laser only works on hair in the active growth phase), multiple sessions are required. (6-8)
