Who Under-Eye Filler Works For
Filler treats one specific cause of dark circles: hollowness.
You are likely a good candidate if:
- You see visible hollows or a sunken groove beneath your eyes

What the Appointment Looks Like
Consultation and assessment first. We evaluate skin thickness, tear trough depth, fat pad position, and whether pigment is contributing.
Numbing cream, then injection. The treatment itself takes roughly 20 minutes.
Most patients return to work the same day. Mild swelling or bruising can last a few days.
How We Approach the Tear Trough
Conservative dosing
The under-eye holds very little product. We start small and build if needed at a follow-up.
Deep placement
Product placed too shallow causes a blue-gray tint. We inject at the correct depth to avoid it.
Correctable
We use hyaluronic acid filler, which can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the result is not right. Correction is not always complete in one session, so we place conservatively from the start.
If Filler Is Not the Answer
Hollowness is only one cause of dark circles. Thin skin, surface pigmentation, and visible blood vessels all produce the same tired look, and filler does nothing for any of them.
